To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, I prefer prints also be in the original packaging and envelope when sending it back to ensure a safe return. 

Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable products 

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. To begin a return, please email me, Emily at and provide your Order number, which is available on your original order email.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, first send me an email to get a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. As soon as I receive your item in the mail, your refund will be processed that same day. Please allow for up to 3 business days for it to be reflected in your account.

Shipping Exchanges

I accept exchanges for reasons such as a customer would like a different size tee, or a different print, etc. To exchange your product, first send me an email to get a return address and let me know what you are exchanging the item for. The exchange must be of same equal retail value as the item you ordered, or you will be invoiced (or refunded) for the difference in amounts.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Once I receive your item I will then cover the cost to send the exchange back to you. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.


All refunds are applied as soon as our transaction is complete to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on your bank or payment method. If you need to make edits, or corrections to an order you just placed, email me immediately by responding to your order confirmation email. I address any order edits or refunds right away.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at 

Sale items (if applicable)

Regular priced items as well as sale items can be refunded. 

Damaged Packages or Product

If an order arrives damaged, for example a print that has been bent upon arrival, please contact me and attach photos so I can send a claim to USPS. I will ship a free replacement of the same item(s) damaged and waive any shipping charge, or if you prefer a refund I can also process that instead. Replacement orders will be sent within 3-5 business days from the time I receive your email. Refunds will be processed within the same day you send me an email if you wish to recieve a refund instead of a replacement.
